DOCTORS Co., Ltd., (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takao Yanagawa; hereinafter referred to as DOCTORS) and RX Japan Ltd. (head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Takeshi Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as RX) has decided to co-sponsor the Special Exhibition of the “Digital Health Innovation Fair 2022” in the Medical Japan, to be held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, October 12 to Friday, October 14, 2022.

RX Japan and DOCTORS will co-sponsor a pavilion specialized in digital health at the Special Exhibition / Digital Innovation Fair, in Japan’s leading medical exhibition, the Medical & Elderly Care Expo, which more than 15,000 doctors and medical-related companies visited in fiscal year 2021. Exhibitors can showcase various services utilizing the latest technologies including telemedicine, AI medical interview, therapeutic apps, IoT service to improve operations, medical robots, and wearable devices.

In the past Medical & Elderly Care Expos, most exhibitors showcased their products and services related to hospitals, nursing, clinics, pharmacies, and infection control. However, to cope with the shortage of doctors due to the super-aging society and from the perspective of the importance of utilizing IoT associated with measures against COVID-19, we have put forth a pavilion specialized in digital field to deliver lectures on the special stage and conduct promotional activities only within this pavilion. Our purpose is to make Japanese medical professionals and healthcare providers understand the importance of digital health and then to enhance the level of medical care in Japan and to foster the possibilities of new services by working with companies as a whole and by appealing to medical professionals and healthcare providers about the importance of digital health in a more impactful way.

In addition, at the Digital Health Innovation Fair 2021, in spite of the first exhibition, we received a high evaluation from exhibitors as the number of business negotiations and the sales retention rate greatly exceeded the KPIs set by each exhibitor. Leveraging RX’s strengths of its high ability to attract customers, powerful content and a broad network, and DOCTORS’ medical knowledge and perspective from the medical workplace by more than 400 expert doctors, we will create favorable opportunities for healthcare professionals, attract customers, and support business negotiations in this year’s exhibition as well.

１．Lectures on the special stage	Exhibitors can give lectures on the special stage directly connected to the main aisle. We had more than 50 audience per lecture, including executive heads, hospital directors, and managers, in 2021.
