We, DOCTORS Co., Ltd., (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takao Yanagawa; hereinafter referred to as “DOCTORS”), which provides one-stop services for the development, support, sales, and distribution of digital healthcare services and support for medical cooperation telemedicine, hereby announce that on November 30, 2021, we completed the Series B Round of financing through a third-party allocation of shares and taken over by Suzuken Co., Ltd.; Mizuho Bank, Ltd.; Muranaka Medical Instruments Co., Ltd.; and medi-entrance co., ltd. With this financing, we will accelerate the digital healthcare platform business by deepening our partnerships and cooperation with each business company.

We completed a third-party allocation of new shares as the Series B round to the following business companies. Please understand that we will refrain from making an announcement of the amount of funds raised and the financing terms and conditions.
■Purpose of fundraising
With this financing, DOCTORS will expand its digital healthcare platform business and accelerate its business with each underwriting company through partnerships to promote the medical ecosystem in Japan’s digital health industry. We, DOCTORS, will strengthen the following through this financing toward the realization of essential reform of medical DX by combining the powers of doctors and digital technologies.
