In digital healthcare services and the distribution of medical devices, opportunities to make self-advertisements and business negotiations directly to doctors are rare and important. Therefore, we planned to organize the Doctors Meetup – Entry, as a meeting that companies can experience the marketing support that DOCTORS has developed so far. As we invite active doctors to this event, participating companies will be able to deepen engagement with doctors, to make self-advertisements, and exchange opinions while enjoying a meal together.

After the event, we will set up an interview with DOCTORS’ staff in charge of each participating company. According to their requests, we will make proposals for the construction of relationship to doctors and future marketing support. This will be a good opportunity for companies to lead to new business development. Please feel free to join us.

Meetup:

Participants can enjoy a delicious meal and drinks in a buffet style.

We kindly ask each participating company and doctor to wear a profile badge on the chest.

PR Hour:

We will offer one minute per participating company to do PR on services and products but only for those who wish.

PR hour will be divided into two times each for 10 people and turns of PR will be decided by drawing lots on the day.

The purpose of this event is to create the future of medical DX. We refuse the participation of any company that does not agree to our purpose. To explain services and products during the PR hour, companies can present materials, such as a brochure, but please refrain from distributing them.
